We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP).

Flexible scheduling—create a schedule that works for you as an Independent Contractor Competitive compensation with opportunities for raises and advancement Collaborative multidisciplinary team of Speech and Occupational Therapists Leadership, mentorship, and supervisory opportunities Annual CEU opportunities and professional development A dedicated administrative team to complete credentialing, billing, scheduling, and authorizations Career advancement in a growing pediatric practice Team Outings Health Insurance Stipend Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Flexible Paid Time Off Florida License Reimbursement Bonus Program As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy for pediatric clients Lead small-group therapy sessions focused on developmental communication skills Evaluate and treat speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language disorders Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to maximize outcomes Educate parents and caregivers on home strategies to support continued progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation and treatment records Participate in meetings with families, schools, and other professionals Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs, when applicable
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or within your CFY Active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathology License Minimum of one year of pediatric experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Professional, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
Preferred:
Active Florida Medicaid Provider Number Experience with pediatric and special needs populations
