Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) CCC-SLP credential preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs of PK-8th grade students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster student progress and growth Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills in the classroom and at home Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input on speech/language goals Offer support and resources to educators and parents to optimize student outcomes
