Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Diagnostician for a travel assignment in Milton, FL, from April 22nd to May 28th. This role focuses primarily on child find screenings for pre-kindergarten children, with some evaluations of school-aged students. The ideal candidate will hold an active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have a minimum of three years of experience working in school-based settings.
Key Qualifications:
Current SLP certification and active CCC credential At least 3 years of experience providing speech-language services in schools Experience with pediatric populations, specifically pre-kindergarten and school-aged children Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Strong diagnostic and assessment skills in school-based speech-language pathology
Location:
Milton, FL (Travel assignment)
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language screenings and diagnostic evaluations, primarily targeting early childhood (pre-kindergarten) populations, with some school-aged children Collaborate with educational teams to identify students eligible for speech-language services Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and reports Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding assessment results and recommendations Comply with all state and federal guidelines governing educational speech-language services
