Job Description

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Time to Thrive Children's Therapy Job Summary Responsibilities for a pediatric SLP include: assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients. Therapist will be required to work with pediatric population and their families to help them improve their communication skills and quality of life. Duties
  • Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address each patient's needs
  • Provide therapy to improve patients' speech and language abilities
  • Work with patients to improve articulation, fluency, voice quality, and language comprehension
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Experience
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Florida Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Active Medicaid number is preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Familiarity with early intervention strategies for speech and language development
  • Strong patient assessment and care skills
  • Previous experience in a school or clinical setting is beneficial

From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 25
