Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in students' lives by empowering their communication skills in a supportive K-12 school setting near Naples, FL. This rewarding contract opportunity welcomes speech-language pathologists interested in working directly with students, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and collaborating alongside educators within a dedicated school community. Begin the 2026-2027 academic year in an engaging environment where your expertise will help shape students' educational journeys. This position is full-time, averaging up to 35 hours per week, but candidates seeking part-time options are also encouraged to apply. You'll be assigned to a single campus within Golden Gate City or Immokalee, ensuring you can build strong relationships and make a lasting difference.
Ideal candidates will have:
Current Florida Department of Health licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-based SLP experience (preferred, but not required) Strong communication and organizational abilities Dedication to supporting K-12 students with diverse needs Ability to complete fingerprinting and JLA badge requirements within specified timeframes Key responsibilities include: Delivering direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations to guide individualized plans Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student success plans This position offers the chance to work closely with a committed school team in a welcoming community.
