Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Located near Navarre and serving the wider Pensacola, FL area, this contract opportunity offers a flexible schedule, with 22.5 to 30 hours per week, ideal for those who value work-life balance while pursuing rewarding professional experiences. The school community welcomes both seasoned clinicians (SLP-CCC) and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), providing a supportive environment tailored to your experience level.

Qualifications:

Current or eligible Florida Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing CFY Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering student growth across a diverse K-12 population

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support academic success Attend IEP meetings and contribute valuable recommendations for student supports Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance with relevant regulations Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
