A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract role where you'll make a significant impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near New Port Richey, FL. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated capability to function independently and within a collaborative team Must have an active state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license

Key Responsibilities:
