Speech-Language Pathologist (Per Diem) - Orange Park, Florida Vivo Healthcare Orange Park is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (Per Diem) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a per diem Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality speech-language pathology services in a dynamic and supportive environment. About the
Role:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (Per Diem) with Vivo Healthcare Orange Park, your responsibilities will include: Evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers Maintaining accurate and timely records and reports
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program Clinical fellowship completion or equivalent experience Current licensure in the state of Florida Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
