Serving Central Florida families since 1981, our team works with children of all ages and addresses a wide range of needs related to speech, language, reading, and writing. Therapists have the opportunity to work with clients in our office, at private schools and daycares, and through telepractice/online services. We are currently seeking experienced pediatric SLPs for two opportunities:

Ongoing Part-Time Position:

Approximately 3-10 hours per week , with flexibility based on availability

Maternity Leave Coverage:

Approximately 15+ hours per week beginning in late November The maternity leave position is temporary; however, there may be an opportunity to continue on a part-time basis following the leave based on interest and availability.

Pay:

$56

• 70 per hour, based on experience Schedules are flexible and available Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements .

Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in-office, at private schools and daycares, and through telepractice Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals as appropriate Maintain accurate clinical documentation and strong professional communication with clients, families, and colleagues Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Current Florida Department of Health SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the pediatric population Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bilingual abilities Experience evaluating and/or treating reading and literacy disorders Benefits $56
