Degree in Physical Therapy Active Florida Physical Therapist license or temporary permit Current BLS certification

Occupational Therapist Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Florida Occupational Therapist license or temporary permit Current BLS certification

Speech Language Pathologist Minimum Requirements:
