What youll need to succeed:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CF (supervision provided) State licensure (Florida or ability to obtain) Strong communication and documentation abilities Passion for working with school-aged children in diverse settings Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Key responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state standards Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings Benefits include a choice of onsite, hybrid, or travel positions with appealing tax-free stipends, and a bonus opportunity of up to $5,000.
