FACTS Education Solutions is seeking dedicated and qualified IDEA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in several private schools throughout Palm Beach County, Florida . We anticipate supporting multiple school sites and are building a pool of qualified candidates for part-time positions for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SLP's who enjoy working with small groups of students and helping students to build their personal confidence and academic success. Compensation $80 per hour Part-time, school-year position Hours vary by school site and student needs Flexible schedules available during the school day Position Summary FACTS Education Solutions partners with private and faith-based schools to provide IDEA Equitable Services to eligible students. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language services to private school students in Palm Beach County. Services include assessment (as assigned), development of Individual Services Plans (ISPs), and direct intervention aligned with IDEA and Florida requirements. Essential Responsibilities Deliver small-group and individualized speech-language interventions. Develop and implement lessons that support student growth and achievement. Analyze assessment data to identify student needs and tailor instruction accordingly. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and FACTS personnel. Submit required documentation and compliance reports in a timely manner. Utilize technology and instructional resources to enhance student learning. Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrators to support student success. Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
