Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy within school environments Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress Participate in team meetings to review student progress and goals Provide education and support to staff and parents to enhance carryover of strategies Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy
