School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sanford, Florida ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Sanford, FL Job Details Full-time | Contract 15 hours ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across K-12 with speech and language therapy in a dynamic school environment. Multiple Speech-Language Pathologist roles are available for the upcoming school year, offering both full-time and part-time schedules based on your preference. Positions are on-site, with some requiring service at a single campus and others involving a split assignment between two locations to maximize your professional growth and impact.

Key Qualifications:

Active Florida State License required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desirable Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to serve multiple campuses or a range of ages (K-12) Ability to complete credentialing and participate in pre-employment interviews as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-12 Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to provide the best support for every student's communication needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with district and federal requirements Offer expertise in speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders and participate in IEP meetings Flexibly manage caseloads at one or two school sites according to the assignment
