School Speech Language Pathologist - Sanford, Florida ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Sanford, FL Job Details Full-time | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Make a meaningful impact as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting middle school students in grades 6-8. This on-site, full-time contract role starts as soon as possible and extends through late May, offering you the opportunity to work closely with a single school for consistency and relationship-building. The caseload consists of 60 to 65 students, focusing your expertise while fostering lasting developmental progress.

Key Qualifications:

Active Florida State License SLP-CCC credential via ASHA Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences & Disorders, or a related field Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Ability to complete required district background check, fingerprinting, and credentialing in a timely manner

What You'll Do:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals and integrate services within the educational environment Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports for each student on your caseload Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups according to IEPs Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on communication goals and strategies
