Central Florida Therapy, a leading pediatric therapy clinic in Sanford, FL, is seeking a talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in children Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Provide therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and write reports as needed Educate and involve parents/caregivers in therapy goals and strategies Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid license to practice as an SLP in the state of Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). CFY will be considered. Experience working with pediatric populations (clinical internships included) Experience with AAC preferred Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for speech, language, and communication disorders in children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Position can be employee or contract depending upon the needs of candidate How to
