We are seeking motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to support student growth in a supportive, collaborative environment. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Florida SLP license or eligibility ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellow status (SLP-CF supervision provided) Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered support
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and federal requirements Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive student outcomes Participate in professional development and contribute to a vibrant community of SLPs Youll enjoy substantial benefits, including W2 contracts, comprehensive health coverage, and eligibility for a bonus of up to $5,000.
