Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) - Pediatric Mobile Therapy We welcome motivated newer SLPs who want strong supervision, structure, and real pediatric experience in the field. What We Offer W-2 employment $52-58/hour depending on experience, or starting $70,000 Paid training and ongoing SLP support CFs welcome! Predictable caseload growth What You'll Do Deliver pediatric speech therapy under SLP guidance Learn how to manage sessions, documentation, and parent communication Build confidence working independently while supported clinically What You Must Have Active Florida SLP license Reliable transportation Willingness to work in home and community settings This is a hands-on role. You will be working directly with families, not observing from the sidelines.
