Therapeutic Endeavors, LLC Position Summary Therapeutic Endeavors is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic therapy team. The SLP will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to children and/or adults with communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves direct service delivery, collaboration with families and staff, and contributing to a supportive and innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide therapy sessions in clinical, school-based, and/or community settings. Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support therapy goals. Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) as needed, ensuring quality and compliance. Provide consultation and training to families and staff on communication strategies. Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and state licensure regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Florida SLP license in good standing. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred, CFY may be considered). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with pediatric populations and/or individuals with developmental delays (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
