Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Outpatient Tallahassee, FL | On-Site | Full-Time Do you love working with kids but want more variety than a traditional school-based SLP role? Are you looking for a collaborative pediatric setting where you can work alongside OT, PT, ABA, and other specialists while treating a diverse caseload of speech, language, and feeding needs? Would a schedule with a half-day Friday and opportunities to mentor students and developing clinicians make your next move even better? Our client is growing their pediatric therapy team in Tallahassee and is looking for Speech Language Pathologists who genuinely love working with children and thrive in a busy, collaborative clinical environment. And if you're a Clinical Fellow looking for the right place to build your pediatric experience, we'd love to hear from you too. You'll spend your days providing hands-on treatment, partnering with parents on strategies they can continue at home, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans to help each child achieve the best possible outcome. And collaboration here is truly built into the job. You'll work alongside professionals in OT, PT, ABA, and other pediatric disciplines, with weekly multidisciplinary meetings designed for shared learning and better patient care. Depending on the needs of your patients, you may provide treatment in the outpatient clinic or work with children directly in classrooms at the on-site private school and preschool. Clinical Fellows:
You are encouraged to apply! Pediatric clinical rotation experience is preferred. Why This Team? For nearly 20 years, this organization has been building something unique for Tallahassee families: therapy, education, and behavioral support available together on one campus. Today, children from infancy through young adulthood can receive speech, occupational, physical, behavioral, music, and art therapy while also having access to an on-site private school and preschool. For an SLP, that means more than simply treating a caseload. It means being part of a multidisciplinary team where clinicians can learn from one another, collaborate across specialties, and see how therapy carries over into a child's everyday environment. If you're looking for a pediatric SLP role where you can keep growing clinically while making a meaningful impact on children and their families, we'd love to meet you.
