Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions using standardized tools and clinical observations Develop tailored therapy plans based on individual needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices Deliver engaging therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing safety for patients of all ages Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families on techniques and exercises to support ongoing improvement at home Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and educators to coordinate care plans Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (e.g., ASHA certification or equivalent) in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably with diverse patient populations Strong knowledge of physiology related to speech and swallowing functions Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology Solid understanding of anatomy pertinent to voice production and oral-motor functions Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively Join us in transforming lives through expert communication care!
