We are not a large staffing agency. We're a passionate, mission-driven team that believes in putting children and clinicians first. You'll never be "just a number" here — you'll be supported, respected, and treated like a professional. We're currently hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person, school-based roles in the Hillsborough County School District for the current school year. Full-time and part-time positions available , with your choice of W2 or 1099 employment. Work with a school as an SLP without all of the extra duties unrelated to what you're there to do

Employees:
Starting at $50/hour and up (based on experience) Medical & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan with Company Match $600 School Year Completion Bonus $250 Annual Stipend (for licensure dues or therapy materials)
  • 1099
Contractors:
Starting at $53/hour and up (based on experience) $600 School Year Completion Bonus Retirement plan with company match

    Paid for ALL hours worked
  • direct and indirect $500 Referral Bonus for successful hires Flexible full-time or part-time schedules Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) Florida SLP License or eligibility (required) School experience preferred, but will consider strong clinical background Strong communication & collaboration skills Must be able to work onsite/in person !
