Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current professional license in Speech-Language Pathology required School-based experience is strongly preferred, but skilled candidates from other backgrounds will be considered Background in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with educational teams Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation and evidence-based therapy services to PreK students Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching and support staff Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all required district onboarding and procedural steps Support and partner with another full-time SLP at the center, pooling resources and strategies Work closely with families to foster positive communication outcomes
