Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on an engaging opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist in a rewarding school environment. This contract position is available for a dedicated professional devoted to enhancing communication skills and supporting pre-kindergarten students at an early learning and literacy center. The school is interviewing immediately for a start as soon as possible, continuing through late May. You'll work full-time on-site, collaborating with another experienced SLP for ample support. The caseload will focus on pre-K students, allowing for a specialized and highly impactful approach to language development and early intervention.

What We're Looking For:

Valid, active professional Speech Language Pathologist license Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred but not mandatory Comfort working with pre-kindergarten age students Strong communication and organizational abilities Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with fellow clinicians and educators

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted therapy to address communication challenges in young students Document student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to support optimal student outcomes Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
