Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Overview Priority Care Rehab Staffing is hiring a licensed Speech Therapists (ST) for skilled nursing facilities across Florida. In this role, you will help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function, making a meaningful impact on their independence and quality of life. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, we provide a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient progress in compliance with Medicare and facility guidelines Qualifications Active Florida Speech Therapist license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred (new grads welcome) Schedule Full-time preferred; part-time or PRN options may be available Compensation & Benefits $1,720 - $2,400 weekly gross rate Weekly direct deposit Voluntary health insurance (for full-time W2 employees) Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to work as an Independent Contractor Sign-on bonus for full-time hires Referral bonus Work Locations We are currently hiring for multiple facilities across
