Setting:
On-site, school-based About the Opportunity Indian River County schools are seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students during the 20262027 school year. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to provide meaningful speech-language services in a collaborative educational setting. Assignment Snapshot Multiple openings available Approximately 45 students per SLP caseload/classroom Full-time, 40-hour workweek On-site services in Vero Beach Specific grade levels and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license Appropriate school-based credentials, as required Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills What Youll Do Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings Screening & Credentialing Completion of district onboarding requirements Background check and fingerprint clearance as required Verification of professional licensure and credentials Internal eligibility interview Why Join?
