Role:
As a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech language pathology services to our residents, including assessments, treatments, and consultations. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive, language, and swallowing deficits Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to residents Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document resident progress and treatment outcomes Participate in resident care conferences and team meetings
