This is a per diem opportunity with flexible, as-needed scheduling . Weekend hours are available but are not required. What You Will Do Evaluate and treat adults with cognitive communication and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals Provide one-on-one Speech-Language Pathology services Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Use AI scribe technology to support documentation efficiency Educate patients, families, caregivers, and assisted living staff Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other care providers Monitor patient progress and update plans of care as appropriate Maintain compliance with professional, clinical, and regulatory standards What We Are Looking For Current Speech-Language Pathology license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, required Approximately 1 to 3 years of clinical experience preferred Experience working with adults or geriatric patients preferred Experience in assisted living or senior care settings preferred Knowledge of cognitive communication and swallowing disorders Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Compassionate and confident communication Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team New graduates may be considered based on qualifications and clinical experience Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Why Join Unified Rehabilitation?
