We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team. We provide outpatient therapy services to children with a variety of communication, feeding, and developmental needs in a supportive clinic environment. This position offers the unique opportunity to step into an established, full-time caseload with strong family relationships already in place. Unlike many outpatient settings, this is not a build-your-own-caseload position. We are actively interviewing candidates now and may have some flexibility with start dates depending on candidate availability. Anticipated Timeline August 17, 2026: Paid onboarding and training alongside the departing clinician August 24, 2026: Independent transition into the established full-time caseload (at the latest) Earlier start dates may be available for candidates seeking additional onboarding time Schedule Established full time Monday-Thursday clinical schedule Friday morning treatment opportunities available for clinicians seeking additional hours Friday administrative time may be completed remotely when productivity expectations are met No travel between locations
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time W-2 position utilizing a 75% productivity model designed to provide both flexibility and income stability. This is not a fee-for-service position. Therapists are paid for all hours worked, creating greater income stability and support for the administrative responsibilities that come with providing high-quality care.
Our clinicians are compensated for:
Direct treatment sessions Documentation Evaluation and re-evaluation report writing Parent and caregiver communication Collaboration with other providers Administrative responsibilities Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain availability that supports a minimum of 34 direct treatment hours per week. Clinicians who wish to increase their hours and earnings have opportunities to extend their schedules Monday-Thursday and/or add treatment hours on Friday mornings.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide skilled outpatient speech therapy services to pediatric clients Treat a variety of communication disorders, including: Expressive and receptive language disorders Speech sound disorders/articulation disorders Childhood apraxia of speech Autism spectrum disorder Social communication differences Early language delays Feeding and oral motor disorders (experience preferred but not required) Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies Complete documentation, evaluation reports, progress reports, and daily notes in a timely manner Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and fellow speech-language pathologists
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Pediatric experience required Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, family-centered approach to care About More Than Speech More Than Speech is a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout Central Florida.
