Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs welcome Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with educators and families Adaptability and creativity in session planning and delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student communication needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, aligned with IEPs and school objectives Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across a range of ages and abilities Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to reporting, goal-setting, and ongoing intervention planning Working as an SLP in this setting offers the fulfillment of guiding students toward confident communication and academic success.
