9471330-30701 Job Description Empower students to reach their full communication potential in an engaging educational environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis, youll work with a diverse student population, evaluating and providing targeted interventions designed to enhance language, speech, and communication skills. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create positive outcomes for students academic and social development.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or pending state licensure/certification for Speech-Language Pathology Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP development for school-aged children Experience with a variety of communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred by teachers or administration Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Provide direct and indirect speech-language services in both individual and group settings Maintain accurate records of services delivered and student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each students goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings when necessary This contract opportunity allows you to focus on making a meaningful difference in the local school community.
