Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP licensure (GA) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience serving pediatric or K-12 populations preferred Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills across speech and language areas Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, families, and school staff Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy tailored to individual student needs Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine eligibility and track progress Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success Maintain accurate and timely records, and participate in IEP meetings Offer guidance and support to teachers for classroom-based strategies
