Desired Background and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility/CFY status Demonstrated experience in a school setting working with pediatric populations Proficiency or training in teletherapy delivery methods and related technology Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, both in person and via teletherapy platforms Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate, timely progress reports and documentation in accordance with regulations Support school-wide initiatives around communication and language development This contract opportunity offers a dynamic and supportive work environment alongside committed education professionals.
