Qualifications & Skills:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license valid for practice in Georgia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a school-based setting, particularly at the middle school level Ability to develop and implement IEPs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for middle school students Design and deliver individualized therapy and interventions to address students' needs Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and progress notes Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging school culture
