Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Experience working in school settings is valued Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with each students needs and goals Provide direct therapeutic interventions both individually and in group settings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and school requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Provide consultative support to educators to facilitate classroom-based language development strategies
