Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologists have an exciting contract opportunity in a supportive school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Positions are available for both experienced SLP-CCCs and SLP-CFYs who hold an active Georgia SLP license and GaPSC Educator certification. This role involves working on-site (remote or virtual services are not available) and offers both part-time and full-time hoursscheduling is flexible, with a maximum of 37.5 hours per week. Starting in early August and running through late May, youll collaborate closely with a welcoming staff to provide therapeutic support to students with diverse communication needs. Caseload assignments will reflect your experience and preferences in line with school and district priorities.

Ideal background/qualifications:

Active Georgia SLP license and GaPSC Educator certification. SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred; new graduates completing CFY welcome to apply. Recent experience or clinical training in school-based speech-language pathology. Proficiency in planning and implementing IEPs, evaluations, and therapy sessions. Effective communicator who thrives in a culturally diverse school setting. Commitment to serving students on-site (this is a 100% in-person position).

Daily responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students with potential speech and language impairments. Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to individual learning needs. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams. Prepare progress reports, uphold compliance standards, and maintain accurate documentation.
