Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to direct, onsite service delivery (teletherapy is not included)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Provide evidence-based therapy services in person, addressing each student's unique needs Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress Maintain thorough documentation on student outcomes and therapy sessions per school policies Offer expertise and recommendations to team members supporting students with communication challenges
