Job Description

Production Associate - Solid Surface Cell 1st shift As a Production Associate specializing in saw operation and finishing. We're seeking motivated individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately read a measuring tape. Monday-Friday:
6:00 am to 4:30 pm with OT Pay rate: $17
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to cut, bend, spot weld solid surfaces to specified dimensions. (Cut to length machine, stamping, press brake, spot welder) Perform finishing tasks to ensure materials meet quality and design standards (grind, polish finished goods) Interpret blueprints, work orders, and instructions for accurate production. Use measuring tools, including a measuring tape, to verify dimensions and tolerances. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in good working order. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Ability to accurately read and interpret a measuring tape (This is a must-have skill). Previous experience in metal fabrication, saw operation, Press Brake, Stamping or finishing is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment. Basic math skills to calculate measurements and tolerances. Ability to lift, move, and position materials up to 50lbs. Dependable with excellent time management and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
