Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language services to a diverse K-12 caseload Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with law and school policies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes and integrate therapy into classroom activities Participate in IEP meetings to develop goals and ensure legal and educational compliance Offer guidance and resources to school community members on speech and language topics
