Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure/credentials for school-based practice Prior experience serving pediatric or elementary-aged caseloads is advantageous Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to student-centered therapy and IEP documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy to elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, treatments, and progress reporting Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to positive learning outcomes Remain current in best practices, compliance regulations, and continuing education Why Consider This Position?
