Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP licensure in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy within a school or healthcare environment Understanding of IEP process and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver evidence-based therapy both individually and in groups, adapting strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school specialists to foster communicative growth and advocate for student success Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide resources and training for staff and families to support students' communication objectives outside therapy sessions Immerse yourself in a school community committed to student achievement and well-being.
