Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a lead teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
Responsible :
1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plan and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. 2. Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence. 3. Establish positive relationship with children, parents, and staff members through open communication 4.Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior and development milestones. 5. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health, and safety standards at all times. 6. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences. 7. Foster a sense of community and inclusion within daycare center by promoting diversity, respect, and empathy 8. Stay current on best practice in early childhood education 9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
