Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Telehealth Speech Therapy -

An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in telespeech services, holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), to support student communication development in a school setting. This contract role is based in Macon, GA and focuses on delivering effective speech therapy through remote platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Providing telespeech services to students, utilizing virtual technologies effectively Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Monitoring and documenting speech therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records Participating in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices Preferred qualifications and experience: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Previous experience providing speech therapy services within schools Proficiency in telespeech service delivery and familiarity with related technology platforms Ability to work independently while adhering to program guidelines and deadlines This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication abilities through innovative remote service delivery.
