Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state Prior experience in a school setting, ideally supporting middle school populations Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFY candidates may be considered Solid organizational and communication skills Ability to establish rapport and collaborate with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students, both individually and in small groups Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing student needs Complete required documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support student success Offer consultation and support to families and staff on communication strategies and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed This contract opportunity gives you the chance to work with a supportive school team, gain experience with a diverse student population, and make a positive impact during a critical time for students' development.
