Part time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in a fantastic district! Baldwin County, Milledgeville, GA | $55/hour | Full-Time | Now through the end of 2027 School Year Looking for a school-based role where you feel genuinely supported, valued, and set up for long-term success? Haynes Therapy Group is hiring a SLP for the rest of the 2026 to 2027 school year in Baldwin County Schools in Milledgeville, Georgia - a highly sought-after district that is known for its close-kit, collaborative teams, and well-structured school environments. Why This Position Stands Out $55/hour for all direct and indirect time, equates to $80,000+ for a 10 month calendar Elementary-focused placement (grades 2-5) 2-3 days per week Caseload around 35 students Collaborative school teams and supportive district leadership Balanced workload with built-in time for evaluations, IEPs, and documentation Strong SLP and related service provider collaboration 10-month school schedule with holidays and breaks built in Compensation & Benefits PTO based on hours worked Reimbursement stipend for licensure, ASHA, CEUs, materials, and more Annual bonuses and incentives Aflac supplemental benefits including dental, vision, and hospital coverage Company-paid life insurance Paid maternity leave option through Aflac (if enrolled) Potential sign-on or renewal bonus available Why Haynes Therapy Group?
