A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services at Welch Elementary. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with elementary-aged students in a supportive school environment focused on student success and communication development. Position Details Full-time, onsite position Elementary school setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams Provide evaluations, therapy services, and IEP support Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards Required Certifications Certified School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia Active Georgia Teaching Certification required Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration Support students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency needs Maintain timely and accurate records Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in a school setting preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Apply Today!
