Youll collaborate closely with educators and families, ensuring meaningful progress for students with a range of speech and language challenges, from moderate to profound.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure (SLP) Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches and collaborative teamwork Flexibility to adapt services for varying student needs and grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to K12 students with varied needs Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student progress Conduct thorough assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology Advocate for student needs and adapt interventions as appropriate Enjoy a competitive pay structure, with hourly wages ranging from $40 to $60 based on your experience.
