Full-time & Part-time Opportunities Available Position Overview Birch Agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students and families across school and community settings in Rome, Georgia . We currently have multiple in-person opportunities available within elementary schools, a high school setting, and early intervention/community-based programs. These positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting communication development, academic success, and functional life skills for children and adolescents across a variety of age groups and needs. Current Opportunities Available 4 Elementary School Positions Serving students in Pre-K through 5th grade 1 High School Position Serving students in grades 912 2 Early Intervention / Community-Based Positions Supporting children and families through Babies Cant Wait and community services Caseload Information Full-time caseloads: Approximately 45 students maximum (may vary slightly based on assignment) Part-time caseloads: Approximately 2535 students maximum Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student or client goals. Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings , eligibility meetings, and team conferences as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Support students with a range of communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and social communication skills. For community-based positions, provide family-centered support and coaching within natural environments. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required. Active Georgia SLP license required. ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply). Previous pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Work Environment In-person opportunities across school and community-based settings. Elementary, high school, and early intervention assignments available.
