Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcomed Previous pediatric, school-based, or relevant clinical experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student needs and grade levels (K-12) Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students, adjusting as necessary to meet varied developmental stages Monitor, document, and report student progress toward IEP goals Provide input in multidisciplinary meetings, supporting students' academic success Mentor and collaborate with other SLPs and school professionals Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment
