Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered Previous experience in a school setting is a plus Strong ability to work with diverse student populations, including varying ages and abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with communication challenges Maintain precise documentation of progress and session notes Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations Provide strategies and resources for teachers and parents to support student growth
